I read in Dr. Young's book that static contraction exercises are best. However, being that I am use to the typical regiment for bodybuilding, I'm afraid that I will lose a great deal of muscle mass following the outline given by Dr. Young.

Any comments about this worry of mine would be greatly appreciated.
