What do you mean I Shouldn't Drink Milk!?!
Where am I going to get my Calcium!??

The Calcium Myth is a big one that has circulated for so long and brainwashed so many of us that it's probably, next to protein, one of the biggest unecessary concerns when it comes to our nutrient intake.

Generally it's recomended that adults should get 1000 mg of Calcium per day.  This is easy to do without drinking milk despite what the celebrity ads tell you.

In fact although this myth continues to keep the dairy industry alive there is statistically, scientifically and truthfully no reason to drink milk for calcium, in fact drinking dairy period is bad for your health.  If you want to get healthy, improve your physical and mental strength, build strong bones and muscles, get regular, and lose weight for good.  Then stop using dairy products of all kinds and get your calcium from veggies and fruits.

One cup of milk has 296 mg of calcium.  Below are some of the few sources for large amounts of calcium from plant sources!

Why is Dairy including Milk, Cheese, Yogurt and Ice Cream bad for me??

Why you shouldn't eat DAIRY products ever again!

Dairy is Acidic and extremely Mucoid forming.  This means it causes cellular disorganization and plugs up your intestines.  The idea that Milk and dairy products are good for you is pure hype and cultural myth.  Please allow me to repeat that so you can't say I never told you; The idea that Dairy products of any kind are good for you is pure HYPE!

Although your family, the media, even your doctor may have said "drink your milk", if you want to be healthy, it's best if you forget it all.  Yes, the truth is it's a very big, very common, misconception, misunderstanding or some would go so far as to say "lie" in our society.

Now if you aren't familiar with this fact your thinking, that's not true, what about calcium.  Well, thinking milk is good for you because of the calcium is like thinking a glazed donut with vitamin C will help you get over your cough!

Higher levels of Calcium are found in plant sources and are better assimilated by the body than milk.  And Don’t try to build healthy bones by drinking more milk, in fact, you can't. The TRUTH is, you will lose bone density, the U.S., England and Sweden have the highest rates of osteoporosis in the world and guess what, they maintain the highest level of dairy consumption in the world. Keep reading and I will explain.

American women get an average of two pounds of milk per day for their entire lives, including milk, ice cream, cream, yogurt, butter etc. - yet 30 million American women have osteoporosis.

It takes 10 pounds of milk to make 1 pound of cheese, 12 pounds of milk to make 1 pound of ice cream and worse of all it takes 20 pounds of milk to make 1 pound of butter - all extremely acidic or better “concentrated acid”.

Drinking milk does not prevent bone loss. That's because bone loss is caused by too much protein and sugar intake, like the protein whey and the sugar lactose in dairy.  Science magazine called dietary protein the most important contributor to osteoporosis in 1986.

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 1995 explained that "dietary protein increases production of acid in the blood which can be neutralized by calcium mobilized from the skeleton."  In case you didn't get that let me clarify.  Excess protein creates more acid which makes your body draw precious calcium reserves our of your bones to buffer the acid!

A study in the Journal of Nutrition in 1981 found that doubling your protein intake doubled you calcium loss. And a 1979 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that even someone getting 1400 mg. of calcium daily can lose up to 4% of their bone mass each year on a high-protein diet. The key is not to keep drinking milk for the calcium (getting more and more excess protein) but to reduce the excess protein in your diet so that the body has no need to leach calcium from the bones, thus weakening them.

Not to mention the overall oddity that it is so popular for humans to drink the contents of udders intended to ween a baby calf into a 1000 lb. Cow in a very short period of time..   while Cheese is a product of decay and fermentation.  It takes a bit of thought to reprogram our minds from common every day cheese loving culture but really, ask yourself, why would I eat MOLD?  Why would I eat the rotten milk of another animal?  Is that healthy?  No, in fact it takes your body to decay (sickness and death) at a much faster rate.

Dairy foods also contain residues of hormones and fungally based antibiotics as well as yeast, molds and mycotoxins because cows are fed cheap stored grains.  Dairy is the leader of all foods in being mucus forming.  It gums your insides up.  You can notice this from that sticky feeling in your mouth/throat after an ice cream cone.

The Homogonization process changes the milk so dramatically especially with regards to fat molecules and so has a more harmful effect on our blood with regards to cardiovascular disease. The pasteurization process kills any good enzymes that the milk might have had and In addition milk and especially cheese contain lactose which break down into yeast and fungus feeding sugars.

Dairy is highly acid-forming.  In 1990 researches noted that milk consumption increased the risk of ovarian cancer in persons who drank it regularly.  As we know, milk, butter and animal fat are correlated with endometrial cancer. Because it is so disruptive dairy should be completely eliminated especially and immediately if you are ill with any type of disease or challenge.
