It contains two active ingredients: sildenafil citrate (a PDE5 inhibitor) and dapoxetine (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, or SSRI). These medications work together to improve erectile function and delay ejaculation, respectively.

Neither sildenafil citrate nor dapoxetine are known to cause physical dependency or addiction when used as prescribed for the treatment of ED or PE. Here's why:

Dapoxetine is rapidly absorbed and eliminated from the body, and therefore does not typically lead to dependence or addiction.
However, it's important to note that psychological factors, such as performance anxiety or relationship issues, can sometimes play a role in both ED and PE. In some cases, individuals may develop psychological dependence on medications to help with sexual performance. This is not the same as physical dependence or addiction but may warrant further evaluation and counseling by a healthcare provider.
